    Self-pay options can come from a variety of resources you have accumulated and it give you the most amount of freedom in our selections of a new community. Whether it’s from cash, retirement savings, or selling a home, you have the means to cover the cost of your senior care.

    We do help you determine your monthly expenses and if needed, the cost of levels of care you can expect. As your Senior Living Advisor, we work with you and your preferred communities to develop a long-term budget and care plan.

  • Long Term Care Insurance

    Planning for long term care can be years in the making. It is best io contact your trusted insurance provider to see what insurance plans you may have to help cover the cost of your senior living care.

    There may be cost limits or time constraints with your plan, please make sure your insurance agent helps you fully understand your benefits.

    If the policy does not cover the expected costs, self pay may be required.

  • Medicaid

    There are programs available for qualified applicants to have cost-sharing benefits for seniors needing help to pay for senior care.

    These programs are very specific and require limited access to funds.
